PERSONAL INFORMATION WE GATHER OR TRACK

Order Forms. When you place an order CementProfessor.com asks you to provide us with contact information, such as name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number and a valid credit card number. We require this information to process your order. Other non-required information we might request includes demographic information so that we can compute your sales tax by your zip code and ensure there are no "surprise" charges when you review your shopping cart order.

IP Addresses. CementProfessor.com uses the IP addresses of our visitors to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our web site and to analyze traffic patterns on our web site (for instance, the number of unique visitors to our web site). You can also check the box, "No Thanks." You have the choice of requesting or rejecting the new product emails when you check out. Please note that your privacy is very important to us, so we did not pre-check the box, "Yes, please inform me of new product releases." You will not be automatically emailed if you did not specifically request it. If you decide at any future time that you no longer want e-mail notifications of new product releases, simply email us at CementProfessor@yahoo.com and notify us.

Referral Programs. We sometimes request that our customers give us the e-mail address of someone else that they think might be interested in our web site, a particular offer or product. We treat the privacy of these referrals with the same respect we treat our customers.
