Return Policy:

All goods are sold without return privileges except where the product is determined to be damaged in manufacturing or transit, or shipped by Cement Professor in error. At Cement Professor's discretion, returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. When returning a product which shows manufacturing damages, please include a memo listing your contact information and a description of the problem with the product. The return must be made within 14 days after the shipment date. Returned items must include all products that were originally shipped.
